It is a QR code that points to a short URL of ours, which redirects to your hotel's landing page. You can change the landing page content whenever you want without reprinting the magnet.
Once the design is confirmed, we manufacture and ship your magnets within approximately 7-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number.
Yes. You can order additional magnets with a different design from your dashboard at any time.
You have a 7-day grace period. After that, the landing page is deactivated with a discreet notice, but we keep your data for 90 days in case you decide to return.
No. The dashboard is designed for hotel staff: uploading photos, editing text and copying your booking engine URL is all you need.
Yes, there is no contract. You can cancel renewal from your dashboard and the service remains active until the end of the paid period.
If your hotel is in Barcelona city, we personally bring the magnets to your hotel within the usual 7-10 business days after design confirmation. For the rest of Spain, we send them by courier with a tracking number.
No. Pilot hotels pay exactly the same and also receive personalised onboarding and free hand-delivery.
Yes. The service works for any hotel in Spain: the landing page and QR are 100% online and magnets are sent by courier. Hand-delivery is exclusive to the Barcelona pilot.
