TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
1. PURPOSE
These terms govern the "Imanes QR Hoteles" subscription service offered by Barcelona Promotion SL: creation and hosting of a hotel landing page, dynamic QR codes, and manufacture and shipping of physical magnets.
2. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT
The service is provided through a monthly or yearly subscription according to the contracted plan, with automatic renewal. Published prices do not include VAT unless expressly stated. Payment is made through the enabled gateways (Stripe, PayPal or Redsys).
3. MAGNET DELIVERY
After design confirmation, magnets are manufactured and shipped within approximately 7-10 business days to the address provided by the hotel.
4. CANCELLATION
The hotel may cancel the renewal at any time from its dashboard; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Partial periods already started are not refunded.
5. NON-PAYMENT
If a renewal charge fails, a 7-day grace period is granted. Once that period has elapsed without the payment being settled, the landing page is deactivated with a discreet notice and the data is kept for 90 days before deletion.
6. HOTEL OBLIGATIONS
The hotel is responsible for the content it publishes on its landing page (texts, photographs, links) and warrants that it holds the necessary rights over them.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to consumers' non-waivable rights.
