DATA WE COLLECT
- Registration data: contact person name, hotel name, email and password (hashed).
- Hotel data: address, phone, website and the landing content the hotel chooses to publish.
- Billing and payment data processed through the payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Redsys); we do not store full card details.
- Technical data from QR code scans: date, device type and browser language. IP addresses are always stored anonymised using a hash.
PURPOSE
To provide the contracted service, manage the subscription and billing, send transactional communications and produce QR code usage statistics.
LEGAL BASIS
Performance of the subscription contract, compliance with legal obligations and the data subject's consent for commercial communications and non-essential cookies.
RECIPIENTS
Data is not disclosed to third parties except under legal obligation or to providers required to deliver the service (payment gateways, hosting provider), with whom the corresponding processing agreements are in place.
YOUR RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@barcelonapromotion.com. From the hotel dashboard you can also request the export and deletion of your data.
RETENTION
Data is kept for the duration of the contractual relationship. After cancellation, landing data is kept for 90 days and billing data for the periods required by tax law.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: password hashing, HTTPS connections and role-based access control.
